They say it was not an easy role for a newcomer to take on. A Korean literature graduate student who suddenly experiences a spirit possession one day. People wondered how an actor would portray this, as she wasn't a shaman, but I heard that she pushed forward with determination and actually boosted the viewership ratings. That role is Yoon Cho-won from *The Fairy of the King's Flowers*, and the actress who played her is Lee Da-hae. After firmly establishing her name with this work, she immediately donned a completely different outfit in *My Girl*.

With their wild con artist character and even the "Carrot Song" garnering attention, they expanded their fanbase to the Greater China region. I think it is rare to find an actor who can handle such extreme contrasts right from their rookie days.
The tone wasn't any different just because it was a historical drama. In the masterpiece *Chuno*, she played the role of Kim Hye-won, who is better known as Eon-nyeon, and she even revealed herself that the character was very different from her own personality. It seems she is the type who completely immerses herself in a role. I looked at this patch twice. It features an embroidered golf ball character wearing a hat, and even has the phrase "Golf Is Life" printed on the sleeve. Since it is a white windbreaker, it could easily look a bit plain, but this single patch really added a distinct character to the outfit.

The top worn underneath was also great. I paired a knit top featuring a bunny character with a pleated skirt, and instead of the typical stiffness of golf wear, I felt a lovely vibe first. Since the top and bottom were unified in white, it also had the effect of making the green of the field background stand out even more.
The pose with the hand slightly raised under the cap brim and the smile were the finishing touches that made this outfit sporty yet lovely. I couldn't confirm the brand of this item, but I think you could easily achieve this lively vibe just by matching a graphic knit with a similar golf jacket.

Shanghai walking look completed with a gray set-up and a pet dog
The dog caught my eye before the jacket. I paired a gray tweed-style jacket with a tiered skirt featuring subtle lace details, and thanks to the Pomeranian dog in my arms, the whole outfit felt much more affectionate.

I particularly liked the layered ruffles at the hem of the skirt. Since it is a single shade of gray, the set could have easily been monotonous, but the overlapping ruffles created a sense of rhythm whenever I moved. The white knee socks that neatly defined the leg line also matched the length of the skirt well.
Carrying a beige duffel bag was also a key point. As it was the only bright color in the gray set-up, the eye naturally flowed downwards. Although the brand of this set-up is unidentifiable, you can easily recreate this vibe by simply matching a similar gray tweed jacket and tiered skirt.

Brighten up your beach outing with a striped knit
I’ve been looking at this knit for a long time. It has a white base with thick navy stripes, and since the sleeves are loose balloon-shaped, the silhouette looks full and voluminous whenever I move my arms.

The real highlight of this knit was tying the strap at the neckline like a ribbon. With just this single strap added to the simple striped knit, the casual outfit instantly transformed into one with details. The natural gesture of bringing a macaron lightly to the mouth also matched the vibe of this comfortable knit look perfectly.
The cloudy sky against the sea backdrop and the white and navy combination of the knit had similar tones, making the entire photo look calm and organized. I think it is a great knit combination to wear at the tail end of summer.
Semi-formal look completed with a taupe pleated dress
The store reflected in the mirror caught my eye before the dress itself. I tried it on in a space filled with clothes hanging on hangers, and when I looked at the caption, I realized the shot was taken at a Metrocity store. It was a taupe-toned leather dress, and the ribbon tie belt at the waist really accentuated the silhouette. The bodice was neat like a shirt, while the bottom fell voluminously with pleats, giving it a look that was somewhere between formal and casual.

The asymmetrical fall was also worth noting. Since the design flows with one side shorter and the other longer, it creates movement in the leg line even when standing still. I think a single asymmetrical pleated dress like this would allow you to wear it without looking plain, even in formal settings.
Sokcho beach outfit completed with a pink tweed jacket
This single jacket changed the overall mood of the photo. It was a pink-toned tweed jacket with delicate gold buttons, and against the neutral background of a cloudy sky and sandy beach, this single color definitely acted as a vitamin. The black skirt worn underneath balanced the weight of the bright jacket. Since the jacket color was so vibrant, it would have looked cluttered if the bottoms had been bright as well, but by lowering the center of gravity with black, the overall balance was just right.

The layered necklaces sparkled subtly, and the pose of lightly flipping the hair with a hand matched this bright jacket well. I couldn't confirm the brand of this jacket either, but you can certainly create such a bright contrast just by pairing a similar pink tweed jacket with black bottoms.
An actor's wardrobe completed by a single fit
Looking back at the five outfits, the genres were all different, ranging from golf wear to formal dresses, yet it is amazing how she pulled them all off as if they were made for her. True to someone who made a strong impression with her determined acting since her rookie days, that same confidence seems to be reflected in her attitude toward dressing. Now that we can meet again with good news in November, I am curious to see what kind of style she will show us next.
